I have never lift weights before, will I get injured doing training?

Our instructors will first assess your physical ability and will provide the appropriate training guidance. All athletes will be required to go through a foundation sessions before doing our class. This will ensure you are training with great posture and minimizing any potential injuries.

I have medical problems. Can I join?

Sure. Our instructors will warn before doing a fitness task that is harmful for that medical condition through our Health Declaration Form. So we will know what to avoid.

What can I gain from functional training?

Not only will you find dramatic increase in strength, but you'll also find your stability, metabolism, and overall health begins to improve.  Because you'll get used to excercise, your body will naturally dapt and give you more energy throughout the day, no matter what you are doing.

Do I need any experience?

Just like you did, we started without any understanding at all.  We know how to take our students from where we were as beginners to now at a competitive level should you choose to. We will provide all the necessary tools for you no matter at which stage of your training.

What payment types do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards through our Paypal payment channel. You may also pay at the centre. Please give us a call if you wish to have more information.
